How can I write a review and keep it short when I literally have Sarah to thank every single day?!
My first born slept from day one so when I had my second I thought I was a pro. 14 months later I realized we didn't sleep for more than 3 hour stretches at a time so by the time I had my 3rd I knew I was desperate for help.
Thankfully I found Sarah and she changed my life.
She gave us the support we needed and walked us through every step of the challenges we faced and with her help and guidance we succeeded.
When I gave birth to my fourth I reached out to Sarah again for help. She gave me and my family the best gift on earth. Sleep. There is nothing like a good night's sleep and I'll always be grateful to Sarah for guiding us through the difficult process of getting our children to sleep.
Sarah is a pro. She is there for you emotionally and will help you through and give you and your baby the sleep you need.
Sarah helped me tremendously with both of my kids scheduling their feeding sessions, naps and night time sleep. She spent time with me, educating me about all the methods of sleep training and helped me find the one that was best for me and my child.
Sarah supported and encouraged me throughout the entire process. Her endless patience was incredibly calming for me.
Whenever we had a hiccup she was there to help me troubleshoot what we needed to change in order to get my baby back on track. She also gave me confidence to be able to think on my feet when my child’s schedule was not going according to its ideal plan.
I recommend Sarah in a heartbeat. If you’re a new mom, or a mom who wants to change your newborn care with a new baby, contact Sarah. She’ll set you up for success to get through this post-partum time.
After giving birth to my 6th child I felt exhausted and frustrated with all the sleepless nights. Sarah offered her help and supported me throughout the process.
In a short time we reached our sleep goals.
Now our daughter sleeps through the night and gives me a chance to have some personal time and feel well rested as well throughout the day.
I am so grateful for having Sarah’s help and highly recommended her to anyone who is considering it.
Sarah was the answer to our prayers. As each of our three children got older, nap times and bedtime became something that we dreaded. There were always unnecessary tears and frustration...both on our end and our children's and we were always left with feelings of guilt. We were at a loss.
Then came Sarah, who in her special way, guided us with confidence, kindness, and calmness.
Sarah helped us teach our children to independently fall asleep. Within a matter of days, nap time and bedtime became a peaceful, loving, and structured routine that both ourselves and our children looked forward to.
Thank you, Sarah! You can expect a call from us again very soon, God willing! We are forever grateful.
Working with Sarah was one of the best things that happened to us with the birth of our child. This was my third baby but having an 8 year gap left me feeling insecure as I came home from the hospital.
It wasn’t just that Sarah told me what to do; she taught me the how and the why! So when changes and chaos presented themselves (as is expected with a newborn) I was equipped and empowered to make decisions that would be both best for our family values and best for the baby’s schedule and habits.
Sarah’s eclectic experience with many methods and her expansive baby-related knowledge made working with her feel personalized and comfortable. She was able to tweak methods, rules, and ‘should-do's’ to fit my values and specific family needs.
Sarah was open, kind, and never judged me. She didn’t ask me to change my values to fit into her system but instead customized a system to fit me, my baby, and our goals.
She encouraged and lovingly referred me to my maternal instincts and innate knowledge. Sarah promoted me as the expert of my child and guided me along that path using her expertise.
Having Sarah on this journey allowed me to set myself up for success, enjoy this incredibly special time with my baby, and feel secure while doing it. Spoiler alert—at 7 months I have a great sleeper, and I know what my baby needs which means I have a happy baby as well.
Sarah is a true gift!
I started consulting with Sarah when I moved my 2-year-old Rome into a toddler bed and out of a crib. Every night was a war, trying to have him stay in His bed and trying To have him go to sleep on his own. I would spend around 2-3 hours sitting by his bed, fighting him not to come out of bed and it was very very frustrating.
After one consultation with Sarah, it was a total GAME CHANGER.
Now it takes me 10 minutes to put him to sleep, he doesn't cry, I don't get frustrated and I can finally finish my day earlier, Hallelujah!! My next step with Sarah will focus on how to have him sleep in his bed the whole night through because he still wakes up once each night.
If you are like me and need help with your child do NOT hesitate this woman knows what she is doing, she is excellent! 5 stars!!
I had tried sleep training my son several times pretty unsuccessfully until I met Sarah.
Sarah held my hand the entire time and coached me along.
She was non-judgmental, understanding and encouraging.
A big part of why sleep training was difficult for me was the emotional aspect and Sarah was so understanding about it and encouraged me to do it when I was ready.
Highly recommend her!
Thank you for sharing your experience!
